Any use or reproduction of this trademark, for whatever reason and using any kind of medium, that has not been previously approved by us shall constitute an infringement that may be subject to criminal and civil prosecution.

SINELCO reserves the discretionary right to submit any dispute to the competent Courts within the jurisdiction of your registered offices as a customer.
